Transformation Housing, LLC is the real estate property management division of VLV Development that provides safe and affordable housing with a goal of transforming our residents lives thus impacting the global community at large.

 

With a growing portfolio of property within Chicago's Englewood & Bronzeville communities and the south suburbs, we believe in providing our residents with resources to support the needs of their family. In May 2015, within Transformation Housing III, a state-of-the-art head start child care center was built and 2 playgrounds.
